DELICIOUS, ELEGANT, REFINED

EXTRA BRUT

A manifesto cuvee, illustrating the House's environmental commitments. The minority Year from 2021, due to a harvest limited in quantity but particularly remarkable for its quality, is blended with reserve wines from the remarkable 2020 harvest. The three grape varieties are mixed harmoniously, producing a wine that combines finesse, freshness, and maturity.

Note from the Cellar Master

On the nose, an elegant fruitiness is revealed, with finesse AND without opulence. Notes of exotic fruits and vanilla blend delicately with white flowers. On the palate, the attack is sharp AND floral, evoking dried flowers and white tea, then giving way to pastry notes AND a finish with subtle bitters enhanced by a delicate salinity. The structure is remarkable, offering an indulgent, complex and well-balanced tasting experience.
