An initial fruity nose with hints of raspberry seeds is followed by freshly cut grass and a subtle blend of fruit, honey, and cinnamon. On the palate, there is an explosion of flavors combining spicy notes of star anise, peppercorn, and gingerbread. It finishes generously, elegantly, and with finesse.
